Remote Assistance

Gtek Remote Assistance is powered by Team Viewer and is a secure encrypted remote assistance service. The download below is an application that runs in the current session and does not install anything on your computer. After running the software provide your ID: number and PASSWORD from the team viewer application and your Gtek technician will be able to temporarily log into your computer to help with any technical support issues. Just follow the instructions below to install and run the application.

Step One:  Click on the Download link above

 


 

Step Two:  Once TeamViewer is done downloading click open

 


Step Three:  Click run on the (Open File - Security Warning) Popup Box

Step Four:  Click YES on the (User Account Control) Popup Box
