| NOTE: Here are a few Trouble-Shooting steps you can take to repair your internet connection. The steps below take just a minute and can remedy most connection issues. Please try these steps before calling Gtek Technical Support! - Gtek Team |
 
Step 1 - Restart your Computer (Click on the Start Button)
Windows Vista |

Windows XP Home/Professional |

Windows 98 / 98SE / ME |

| Many internet connection issues can be resolved simply by restarting your computer. If this does not fix your connection problem please continue to Step 2. |

Step 2 - Reboot your Router ( If you do NOT have a router, please skip to Step 3 )
Please locate the DC Power Adapter for your router. |

Unplug the DC Power Adapter for 15 Seconds and then
plug it back into your router. |
 |

| Rebooting your router can sometimes alleviate connection issues. If this does not fix your connection problem please continue to Step 3. |

Step 3 - Reboot your Radio

Please locate the Motorola Power Adapter. |
| |
|
If you have a router it should be
plugged into the WAN port on the
back of the router.
|
| |
|
If you do not have a router this will be plugged into your Ethernet
port on the back of your computer. |
|
|

|
| |
|
Please unplug the cable to the radio from the power adapter. |
 |
Wait 15 seconds and then plug the cable back into the power adapter. |
| |
Again, reboot your router and/or computer. |
